Aspen came into being because of common challenges we face daily. In 2017, Cortland Brady, the founder, realized how complicated it can be to do inspections, collect data, and prevent fraud in financial institutions.

Seeing the struggles of getting accurate information and managing data, Cort saw an opportunity to make things easier. He had a vision of simplifying these processes, and he started on a mission to create a smart solution.

So, in 2017, Aspen was born with the goal of changing how inspections are done and data is collected. Using automation and innovative technology, Aspen helps companies improve their operations, enhance inspection quality, and make smart decisions based on accurate data.

Her Aspen journey began in Operations, where she identified the need for enhancing the Employee Experience. As Aspen's Employee Experience Director, she focuses on Employee Engagement, Attrition, and Employee NPS, emphasizing communication, conflict resolution, diversity, and inclusion from her Marriage and Family Therapy background. Emilee believes in the crucial link between employee well-being and organizational success. She's passionate about creating a supportive workplace and aligns people and processes for both short-term and long-term goals, using data-driven insights to optimize HR practices.

Is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a wealth of experience spanning two decades. His expertise encompasses various aspects of information technology management, from software development to systems and infrastructure. With a proven track record of success, Mike stands out as a strategic thinker and problem solver. His passion for technology and commitment to staying abreast of industry trends showcase his motivation and dedication. Paulo is a highly experienced financial executive with over 20 years in leadership roles. He holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA from Brigham Young University. Starting as a financial analyst at major banks, he later worked with top consulting firms during the IPO process at the Ultra Group and served as Controller at Alsco for two decades. Paulo is skilled in financial reporting, external audits, business continuity, M&A, cost analysis, process improvement, cash flow management, asset protection, and fraud investigations, with a CFE designation.

David is an experienced executive with over 25 years of leadership roles. With a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Brigham Young University, he began his career at Marketing Ally in the contact center space, increasing annual revenue by 5X in 7 years. As CIO of Data Services Direct, he played a key role in the merger forming MetaSource, where he grew annual revenue by over 20X in 14 years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions in the BPO space. As COO at KNS International, an online retail drop shipper, David doubled revenue in under 5 years. Now, as Aspen's President, he leverages his M&A expertise, business acumen, and education for sustainable growth and business excellence.
